SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Yorkshire Print Solutions. Please read the following information carefully regarding how we handle production, dispatch, and delivery of your order.
PRODUCTION TIMES
All products are custom printed to order. Production times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. Estimated production times are displayed on each product page. Production begins once we have received your approved artwork and full payment.
Please note that production times do not include delivery transit times.
DELIVERY OPTIONS & TIMEFRAMES
We offer UK-wide delivery on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch and are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch (where available)
Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but during busy periods lead times may be slightly extended.
DELIVERY PARTNERS
We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may incur additional charges or extended timeframes. These will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
LARGE FORMAT & OVERSIZED ITEMS
Some large format products such as banners, boards, and display stands may be shipped via specialist pallet or oversized courier services. Delivery timeframes for these items may differ from standard products and will be confirmed at the time of order.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. Yorkshire Print Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a reprint or replacement at no additional cost where transit damage is confirmed.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Yorkshire Print Solutions cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any reprint or redelivery required as a result will be chargeable.
